PCD cutting tool blanks for other purposes

1. Electronic industry: FIVE series of PCD grades can be tipped on various kinds of circular saws and profile cutters either for machining electronic circuit boards or for processing touch screen glass, acrylic parts, aluminum and plastic composites where require extremely mirror surface.

2. Building materials industry: Four series of PCD grades can be tipped on various kinds of tools for processing stone, marble, concrete, plastic, rubber, and glass etc.

3. Wire drawing industry: TopTip Diamond solid PCD can be also used as PCD die blanks for drawing various wires inlucing copper wire, aluminum wire, stainless stell wire (with or without coating), weilding wire, tungsten wire, etc.

4. Others: Some series of PCD grades can be tipped on different kinds of tools for processing ceramic post sintering, ceramics, graphite, carbon fiber composite materials and for dressing diamond grinding wheels. Some PCD can be used as wear parts on measuring implement, machine tools where require wear surfaces and as wear part for drilling bits for mining industries.
